I've been here about 20-30 or so times because it's across the street from my house and frankly, I'm too lazy to venture far when I want to eat. That is the ONLY reason why I continue to return. I swear the people that work here are somewhat retarded. I know, not very PC, but damn. This restaurant opened in Oak Creek in Nov 2008, so I've given it MANY chances since they were new and just getting settled in. The staff is nice enough but they have screwed up my order about 85% of the time. Seriously. One time I went in there with a group of my friends and everyone got their food but me. My server never returned to the table to check on us until everyone had already finished eating. He was coming to give us our check (no refills, no prebussing, etc) and he noticed that I hadn't gotten my meal. He asked if I still wanted it and I told him no since all my friends were done eating already. He had a manager take it off the bill, but the manager never even bothered to come over to the table to apologize. Another time, I ordered hot wings (and anyone that has ever eaten at BW3's knows the wings run HOT), and both my water glass and soda glass sat empty for at least 15 minutes. Finally I called over another server and asked if they could get me some refills. Yet another time, my server was such a beeyach that I asked the manager for another server. I didn't get one and I proceeded to get shitty service the rest of the night. I probably ate a few loogies. I had to go up to the bar to get my own refill and the bartender looked really put out by it. The only saving grace was the awesome kitchen manager who came out to our table to ask how we liked our wings. We had ordered a bunch to try out all the flavors. He was really nice and talked a bit about the food. The few other times I actually dined in I got mediocre service, so I just order take out now. I really got sick of spending my money to leave pissed off. Be careful when ordering take out though. These people screw up more than anyone. I can't tell you how many times my order has been wrong, or an item has been forgotten. All in all, the food is good despite it coming out wrong more than half the time. The service is pure crap and I advise you to only eat in if you don't give a damn about that sort of thing. When I go out, I want good service, and based on my many experiences here, I can't get it here.

My husband and I are getting to be regulars here. We had an unpleasant experience a month ago when our server was extremely inattentive and I had to get my own refills and I noticed other servers we very attentive. I called and talked with the Manager Jason and he apologized profusely and sent me a letter of apology along with $30 worth of gift certificates. Even though our previous meal was only $23. He said that long time customers are the ones he likes to hear from so he can figure out where to improve. We did ask for him when we went back last night and he made sure everything was top notch and we had a good meal, excellent service and our server had no idea that we had previous issues. My husband got the ribs and popcorn shrimp and cost was $13 but not worth that amount. I got the black and blue burger. It was good but to much lettuce on the bun. We will return but I think they could have a bit better prices on their combos. They are a lot for what you get.

Angry orchard Fiery wings were not spicy at all , super sugary /cinnamon flavor from the fireball. I ate 2 out of 5 wings . Orchard peach chicken sandwich had a really weird taste to it , flavors on it didn't go well together. Service was good , but I don't need a "captain" and another waitress checking on me too. Thanks captain , yes I was told about the lemonade , no I don't want one , I would order one if I did.

Sometimes people like to go out and get wings or watch a sporting event at lunch. I usually don't like coming here. This location was newly renovated about a month ago, but service issues remain. Still achingly slow during lunch, even when getting the fast lunch options, and the fries are usually underdone. On the positive note they always deliver split checks and are almost overly happy to give you a soda refill. There aren't many other options for wings in the area, so I can only hope the service improves.

I would like to write a comment about your staff at the Oak Creek, Wisconsin location for an outstanding performance. We were greeted in a friendly manner and service was outstanding! Our server Zachary was very attentive and very courteous to our needs at this location. Also, I wanted to mention Lisa for an awesome job in locating my lost wallet along with her staff at this location. They were prompt and I could only imagine if it wasn't for your staff for being so kind and courteous how today would have turned out. I would like to say thank you guys so much for the great service and job well done! I'll definately recommend this location to my friends and family in the area. Again thanks a lot!

A friend suggested this place as We wanted a place to hangout neat oak creek. Big place with outdoor setting area. Serves mostly wings in paper plates and limited hard liquor bar. Wings were available in lots of variety but seems bit overpriced . Service was average, it's most like a sports bar instead of a restaurant.

It's a chain wing place. I got chain restaurant quality wings. The buffalo chips with cheese were soggy but the potato wedges were good.

Yep. It's a b-dubs. Standard fare. While I consider myself a wing connoisseur, I still get hAngry every once an a while for spicy garlic wings. This one gets a low rating due to general chaos of an experience dining at this location can be. After several visits of overcrowded waiting areas and watching the staff barely manage to handle everyone, I have resolved to just drive up to the b-dubs at bayshore whenever a fix is required.

I have been here two times in the last few weeks. Both times we experienced awful service. Let me explain... Time #1- We walked in at 7:30 on a Tuesday night and requested a booth. We understood that the restaurant was busy so we were happy to wait. The hostess decided not to pass the memo on to anyone else...after waiting over 30 minutes, a booth finally became available. At that exact time, a couple walked in and the same hostess took them to the open booth. We asked her if we were supposed to be getting seated and she said she forgot we were waiting for a booth. We were literally sitting right in front of her on the bench...we ended up just leaving. Time #2- Considering mistakes happen, we decided to try again. We came at 11:00 am on a Monday to have lunch. We walked in the door at 11:01 and were seated a few minutes later. There were maybe 3 or 4 tables with people at them so the restaurant was NOT busy by any means, and there were about 5-6 waiters/waitresses walking around. We waited at the table from 11:05-11:30 with NO ONE coming to even ask us for a drink order. Frustrated, we got up and left again. We will most likely never be going back.

Typical food chain so don't expect any surprises. Food is mediocre but good enough to enjoy yourself. The bartender at the bar is exceptionally awesome (only if you get the one starting with a name of M...!) ;) The busboy/whatever his role is although a different story, kinda creeped me out with how much he was laughing and smiling whenever trying to clean up or move things around for some reasons. The rest of the staff are typically quiet but friendly. Stop by only if you got a sporting game to watch! And if you want to meet the friendly awesome bartender!

Received great service last night around 10 pm. Food was great, service was excellent. Best server we've had. My only complaint is that we wanted to play the Megatouch game and it was broken. :( Keep providing us with service like that and we will be back many more times to come.

I love the wings and the large beers, although overpriced. The service at this location is pretty terrible though. I have been to this location about 5 times so far, and every time the food took forever and the waitress/waiter rarely, if ever, came back to check on us. I went at 2 in the afternoon on a Wednesday once and still not so great. I do love the touch games right at the booths, which I don't believe the other ones in the Milwaukee area have. The place is pretty clean and certainly lots of things to keep you occupied. It is also smoke free which is nice. Since I live close by and the other Milwaukee locations are not much better, I continue to go..

I really like going to BW3 to watch a game, have a fun time with friends. Most locations are outstanding. This one just has a vibe that seems to come from Management. The atmosphere at a BW3 is great, but at the Howell Ave location, they don't seem to remember that they are a sports bar. Sure, there are games on TV, but you have to ask to get variety. All TVs seem to be on ESPN or ESPN2, or some version of ESPN. On a summer night, why wouldn't they have 5 or 6 different baseball games on? The staff seems unmotivated, and from the last few visits here over the last 6 months or so, it seems to me that the management is the reason. I rarely see the manager, and when I do, he's always just leaning, not actually talking to customers. Food...meh. Other BWW locations do it better. And...(this is for ALL Buffalo Wild Wing locations)....if your slogan includes the word "BEER"...(wings beer sports), please PLEASE get a better craft beer selection!!! I'm sorry, but Miller Lite/High Life/MGD, Coors Light, Bud Light...they are all the same!!! Get some more variety on the "good stuff"!!! Overall, I like BWW, I just like the other locations around town more.

I've been here lots of times. I read the other reviews to see if I'm alone in my opinion. I saw the word "retarded" used which is applicable. This place really pisses me off, people go because this is a depressed area and it's the only decent facility (FACILITY) but the service is horseshit 100%. I had some young kid give us horrible/slow service, we got dirty tables and the kid wiped the table onto the seats, I cleaned them off. His service was glacial, poor eye contact, limited pleasantries, didn't explain beer specials, argumentative discussing beer order, 20 minute nacho chips (only a fool does 20 min. nacho appetizer), no carrots had to wait on them, no silverware, empty water, wrong wing order, wrong sauce, set-up of tables in bar was poor and crowded. The manager I told about how weak and incompetant the kid is, how he can't wipe tables, and the manager goes "I told him what you said!" all proud. WEAK MANAGEMENT. The good facility is finally overcome by horrible service, we went to Milwaukee to Sobelman's next time. This place has more business than they need and can treat customers to shitty service and be successful. I only give slams like this when 1. someone deserves it and 2. I give chances to redeem that aren't used.

Dumb blonde waiting staff. Turned off a playoff basketball game on the TV when we specifically asked to watch it when we arrived. When we asked them to change it back they made a big deal about it and put the game on a TV across the room. Obviously I am not the first person on here that had to deal with this retarded staff. Spend your money elsewhere!

Newly opened in the area of Woodman's and Tazino's, this is another location for this enjoyable restaurant and sports bar. With self-serve or waitress service, and food that's really hard to mess up, BW3 is a nice place to go for a lunch. Service has been good the two times we've visited. This last time, the kitchen made a mistake on my lunch, and I didn't say anything, because I didn't care, but the waitress apparently realized the error and came back a few minutes later, asking if I wanted to send it back. Very friendly and professional.

More like 2.5 stars but I rounded down. Perhaps if I had a few beers I would've rounded up. They are a bit overpriced for wings, burgers and fries. Atmosphere is sports bar type, but they didnt have enough tvs with the brewers or bucks on. Our waitress was pretty good and we got pretty quick service which was necessary cause we were very hungry. The other workers we encountered were not so good. I don't use the R word, but I admit that some of the workers here are pretty aloof. I'm not sure where these kids come from but I expect better from Oak Creek. Anyways, the table was clean but still a tiny bit greasy. We got a great table, it wasn't crowded on a Tuesday night. Me and my daughter got the Tuesday wings special, chips and salsa, fries and sodas. Chips n salsa were ok. Chips tasted fresh n good, however the salsa tasted like store bought taco sauce. My wings were dry and seemed like they were sitting out a while, they were medium buffalo sauce style. My daughter got the honey bbq, they were pretty good, not awesome but good enough. The fries were the best part, very fresh and flavorful. The fact that we were so hungry made the meal somewhat enjoyable. I've been here several times over the past couple of years, and it always seems to go down. I can see how a bunch of beers and football might make this place better. I think the masking effect of alcohol can do wonders! LOL! Anyways, next time I may just get it to go

I would give this place two and a half stars if I could. The food is just OK, the beer is always good. You can't go wrong when you serve lots and lots of imports. The problem is that it's so overpriced. I have been there a few times since it's in my neighborhood and the service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's really good, and sometimes even though they are pretty conscientious, they are very forgetful. I love playing the trivia games with friends so I always have a good time when I'm there. In a way it's kind of nice when the servers leave you alone to play or watch a baseball/football game on the big televisions. I can usually rely on the wings, but they need to offer more specials if they expect me to go there more often.
